Never seen this before! Is this supposed to be the new google Ireland?

Google news appears to have sections of it missing. Perhaps they are censoring the news? Or is it a “technical” glitch?

It is with interest that I watched the news yesterday, and heard about the Yahoo and Microsoft merger.
This got me thinking, and I am wondering a few things:
(1) How will this benifit user?
(2) Will there be a mad dash to bid on yahoo.com or microsoft.com (I have a feleing neither company will be willing to give up such a well known domain, and will probably use a redirect to a new domain)
(3) When they combine properly (perhaps a year to combine operations and staffing) , will they actually catch up with google? I for one dont think so. The reason for that is because for one, it has taken microsoft 15 years (1993 for their website) and yahoo (1994) over over 14 years approx to get where there are today. On top of that google began sometime in December 2005 I think (someone correct me if I am wrong) , and in less than 4 years have taken successfully, not one but two of the biggest internet and software businesses in the world. Google is not going to let go of that coveted status.
